Erin Dwyer is the Managing Director of Stakeholder Engagement at the Center for Audit Quality (CAQ), a nonpartisan and nonprofit public policy organization dedicated to enhancing investor confidence and public trust in the global capital markets. Ms. Dwyer heads the team responsible for advancing global and domestic strategic initiatives around critical policy and governance issues, and leads the organization’s collaborations and coalition-building efforts with a specific focus on institutional investors and public company directors, as well as issuers and other key governance professionals. Prior to joining the CAQ in 2014, Ms. Dwyer was Senior Vice President of Client Development at Cooley, LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm. She has nearly two decades of capital markets and policy experience including eight years as Vice President and a sell side analyst with Prudential Financial’s top-ranked Washington equity research team. She is a graduate of Duke University, earning a B.A. in Public Policy Studies.
