From 1998-2014 Ms. Hooda was the Global Head of multiple functional and operating areas at TIAA, Credit Suisse Investment Bank and Thomson Reuters. She has led businesses in the US, Europe, Asia and India, and started her career in the USA as a strategy management consultant with McKinsey & Co. Ms. Hooda serves on the board of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, a Fortune 350 full-service, multi-line organization providing insurance, banking and financial products where she sits on the Audit and the Compensation Committees. She also serves on the board of Virtus Investment Partners (NASDAQ: VRTS), a leading investment management firm where she serves on the Audit and the Risk and Finance Committees.
