Ms. Warren is an experienced CEO/President/Advisor/Corporate Board Member with a proven track record growing and operating profitable businesses in the media and publishing sector and driving transformational digital change in marketing, product and sales. She is an independent board member for Electronic Arts, a publisher of game software and services, since May 2013. Ms. Warren serves on the audit committee and has public company board experience on issues, such as, CEO selection; corporate and digital strategy; proxy access; technology security and a range of financial matters. She was named to the board of Newscycle, a Vista Equity Partners backed enterprise software company, in October 2017. Ms. Warren is an expert in media, digital media, marketing, digital & transformational change and the newspaper and magazine industries, having held posts in every facet of business operations at several leading media organizations. She is currently the CEO and founder of Netlyst, LLC a consulting and advisory practice focused on catalyzing digital business growth and scaling consumer and business-to-business revenue streams. Ms. Warren has served on the Board of Advisors of Flont, Inc., a start-up developing the sharing economy for the fine jewelry sector. Ms. Warren served as President of Digital & CEO of East Coast Publishing for Tribune Publishing (now tronc). In her 26 years with The New York Times Company, Ms. Warren served in numerous capacities such as Executive Vice President of Digital Products & Services, (including oversight for consumer revenue, marketing, analytics & research); General Manager, nytimes.com; Chief Advertising Officer; Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning; and Director of Marketing. She led the development and execution of The New York Times successful paid digital subscription model, which ushered in the industry standard for monetizing premium digital content. She also transformed The Times Ad Sales organization into a multi-platform, consultative and client focused sales team. In addition to her digital expertise, Ms. Warren has deep experience in corporate and financial strategy, new product development, brand and consumer marketing and sales. She is also a non-current NY State, Certified Public Accountant.
