Cynthia Hostetler has more than 20 years of experience in C suite roles in global asset management, including former head of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation emerging markets private equity fund with $5.5 billion committed, the world’s largest fund in its sector and one of the largest private equity funds run by a woman. Most recently, she has been a member and leader of boards of multiple public corporations and mutual funds, including S&P 500, Fortune 250, and FTSE 100 companies. Ms. Hostetler serves as a member of the board of directors and Finance Committee Chair for Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE:VMC), an S&P 500 Company with a market cap of over $16 billion and the nation’s largest producer of construction aggregates. Ms. Hostetler also serves as a trustee for Invesco Funds, a 144 mutual fund family, managed by Invesco Ltd. (NYSE:IVZ) which has over $900 billion assets under management. Ms. Hostetler is currently a board member and Governance Committee Chair of TriLinc Global. She formerly served in leadership roles on the boards of Aberdeen Funds (LSE:ADN), the largest asset manager in Europe, Edgen Group (NYSE:EDG), a public energy infrastructure company, and Artio Global Funds (NYSE:ART). Currently, Ms. Hostetler serves as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee for the Independent Directors Council (IDC), the leading independent mutual fund directors organization. She is an NACD Board Fellow as well as a board member of the Eisenhower Foundation and Presidential Library (formerly Vice Chairman).
